Dear Friends:
Shalom Aleichem (Peace unto You). The Apostle Paul said this of his countrymen:
I speak the truth in Christ---I am not lying, my conscience confirms it in the Holy Spirit---I have great sorrow and unceasing anguish in my heart. For I could wish that I myself were cursed and cut off from Christ for the sake of my brothers, those of my own race, the people of Israel. Theirs is the adoption as sons; theirs the divine glory, the covenants, the receiving of the law, the temple worship and the promises. Theirs are the patriarchs, and from them is traced the human ancestry of Christ, who is God over all, forever praised! Amen. (Romans 9:1-5)
Again I ask, did they stumble so as to fall beyond recovery? Not at all! Rather, because of their transgression, salvation has come to the Gentiles to make Israel envious. But if their transgression means riches for the world, and their loss means riches for the Gentiles, how much greater riches will their fullness bring! (Romans 11:11-12)
In a world filled with idolatry, God called the Jewish people unto Himself and gave them His righteous law with the commission to be a
light to the nations. They were to be His visible representatives living out a holy life that would give evidence of God’s existence and love for mankind. There is no other god like our God!
(Exodus 15:11) The day is coming when all Israel will be saved, and they will finally be true to their calling---a
light to the nations! (Romans 11:26-32)
Brothers and sisters in Messiah Yeshua, the Apostle Paul implores us to make Israel envious. We accomplish this by reaching out with unconditional love and genuine appreciation that our faith is rooted in the Jewish people.
(Romans 11:13-24) And we do this by word as well as by deed. Your regular financial donations to God’s Grace International’s ministry make you partners with us as we reach out to Jews in Israel, the former Soviet Union, or wherever the Holy Spirit would direct us. Daily we are touching many down-trodden lives that have gone through extreme persecution because their crime was being born a Jew! Widows, orphans, Holocaust survivors, the poor and the distressed are receiving your love, biblical Christian love of compassion in their time of need. On your behalf, we represent your warm heart and extended hand to the poor and lonely, destitute widows, and Holocaust survivors needing positive recognition, physical help with dignity, and some joy in their lives. Some days we are able to visit 12-15 people, while other days, just a handful due to length of travel or extended time with them. Our visits are not a one-time-only occurrence, but monthly, unless someone needs more frequent assistance. Like so many, Hanna S. waits with anticipation for that knock on the door. As we enter with either gifts of subsistence money, food parcels, or medicine, there is always the warm smile with such words: "
Your visits are our great delight!” We are like intimate affectionate family members taking time to sit and enjoy them who are not ignored nor forgotten. God is truly favoring our ministry in Israel.
In regards to our Russian work, I just spent ten days with our leader from St. Petersburg, Russia. We brought him into Chicago for an extensive time of goal planning for an expansion of our ministry in the immense country of Russia. We have already planted seven Messianic Jewish congregations in Russia, but obviously, with many Jewish people still living there, more are needed. From west to east and north to south, the land of Russia has cities populated with Jews with small pockets of believers in Jesus. We are receiving requests to spend time with their Messianic communities, to encourage them in their faith, and to aid them in planting a Messianic congregation. In April, our plan is to travel to Far East Russia on the borders of China and Mongolia. As Joshua and Caleb and the other Israelite tribal leaders were sent out by Moses to explore Canaan, we too will scout out the territory to see what God would have us to do. May God go before us being our eyes of direction, and our safety and wisdom, to see and know where and how to be involved in the furtherance of His Kingdom for His Name and glory. Please keep us in your prayers.
Winston Churchill said, “Some people like Jews, and some do not. But no thoughtful man can deny the fact that they are, beyond any question, the most formidable race which has appeared in the world.” How true, and we thank you all for feeling the same as we near the time of Yeshua’s return, coming through the clouds with His feet touching down in Israel on the Mount of Olives!
Your Kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. (Matthew 6:10)

“I am talking to you Gentiles. Inasmuch as I am the apostle to the Gentiles, I make much of my ministry (my life) in hope that I may somehow arouse my own people to envy and save some of them.” (Romans 11:13-14) This is God’s heart…His plan!
